How is it even possible that a 2 year old little sweet girl could give me the look + hands on the hips + tell me NO all in one fellll swooop!!! Because.........................She's my Daughter! ha! Lawdy Mae this kid! I am in for it in the teenage years. P.S.-it was because I told her not to climb a ladder that was leaning up against a tree. Seeeee it was for her safety!
On the Friday before Mother's Day-my sister and I suprised our Mom with dinner at the "Beauty Shop" in the Cooper Young district and then the big suprise was going to the Playhouse on the Square to see "Patsy Cline". IT WAS AWESOME!!! I highly suggest on everyone going to see it. It is on now until June 3rd. My Mom absolutely loved it and so did we. When the song Crazy came on she held our hands and I just boo hooooood. My Mom means so much to me and we've been through a lot here lately with some health issues. I am happy to say that she is doing much better and we are so glad to see it. Many prayers have been sent up for good test results and a clear mind for her. Thank you Mom for being the best role model a girl could ask for. My Mom goes above and beyond everything that has ever been asked of a Mom to do for her daughters and her husband. She is a pillar of strength and doesn't even know it. On Sunday for Mother's Day-we all went to Mom and Dad's house for Spagehtti it was a great-fun time with the whole family there. On Sunday morning Addison walked in and said "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" hahaha well it was Happy something so I told her Thank You. It was just too cute! Then they gave me Coach perfume and a card from each of them. They did great for my Mother's Day. When we asked Addison who her Mother is she replied "Ganmomma" haha so I asked her who I am and she said "Your my Mommy" so there you have it folks-we are changing it to Happy Mommy Day!"

Well after 2 1/2 years of being a Mom-I was finally grossed out today. We ate lunch with Bryan's Dad and his family today for Cinco DeMayo and for Tammi to give Addison her Easter basket. We had not seen them since January so it was nice for Addison to get to see them. Addison came up to me and said "Mommy I need to go potty"-so off we went to the bathroom and I am so in a rush to get her on the potty that I pull her pull up down and put her on the potty then realise that there is a smell-yep not just any random smell-it was THE smell! And in my OHHHHHHH MYYYYYYY goodness gracious alive moment-I asked Addie "ummmm did you poopoo in your pull-up"?? Ohhh yes Mommy!!!=AWESOME MOM MOMENT-so I yanked her off the potty and stood her up and said the lovely Mom words-DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING AND DO NOT MOVE-so since I pulled the pull up down soooo speedy fast-we now had poopoo on the floor-smooshed in her pants-implanted down the back of her legs and OHHHH MY WORD-I have no diaper bag with me. So I told Addie-don't move Mommy will be right back. And off I went to scream at the husband to get the diaper bag-once the MIL arrived with the diaper bag and asked what was wrong-she quickly realized I was in a real tizzy. As sweat began pouring down my freshly applied makeup I realized that NOPE it is official I have no pull-up, no diaper, only wipes and a plastic bag-Once again another AWESOME moment. So I told my MIL to tell Bryan that there is ONE diaper in the back of the stroller in my car. THANK YOU GOD for allowing us to have both cars at this lunch. So after we wiped her completely down cleaned up the floor and washed out her pants and put on a new outfit-we were finally good to go. I am happy to say that the rest of the day went good-although Addie didn't have a nap and it made the Sunday school outing tonight a little more stressful. Thanks to the hubs and the MIL for lending a hand today.
